Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position
Applicants must be 25 to 40 years old.
Additional Qualifications:

To implement and continue the company’s policies, procedures as detailed in the Front Office manual, and the standards expected are attained for all Departments within the Front Office & Reservation.

To ensure sufficient coverage in all sections at all times.

To ensure that the all areas operate efficiently and that every guest receives the welcome expected at the hTo attend meetings in the absence of the Operation Manager Hotel, detailed in the Front Office operating manual.

To check daily/monthly Attendance Records and discuss any discrepancies with the operation manager.

To assist the Operation Manager, and action all reasonable request make by the operation Manager

To be a deputy of the Operation Manager in his absence and ensure that all services/staff operates efficiently.

To assisst the departmental trainers in their development and monitor their effectiveness in staff trainingT

To attend meetings in the absence of the Operation Manager

To chair the F.O meeting & Briefing in the absence of the Operation Manager

To carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities and assigned by the management.

Performs all duties of secretarial nature, including taking dictation, transcription, correspondence and statistical date, control of the purchasing requirements / amenities.

Type report, letters memoranda, minutes forms and correspondence including those of confidential nature for the Operation Manager and administer all files.

Post all important memoranda on the bulletin board for the information of all Front Office personnel notify the Front Office Personal of periodical meetings.

Maintain files daily revenue report, night clerks report and all Statistical data pertaining to the Front Office.

Answer all guest correspondence pertaining to complaints/comments within 24 hours received.

Take down and transcribe dictation and minutes of the meetings.

Provide courtesy calls to guest and keep records.

Maintain adequate stocks of soft packages/items in store / Material management Reports and office supplies and initiate requisition for approval by the Operation manager
