Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position
Applicants must be 25 to 40 years old.
Additional Qualifications:
Responsible to follow hotel rules and regulations and in compliance with policy & procedures.
Welcome the hotel guests, making room reservations and checking people in.
Accept room reservations, especially the acceptance of reservations for the day and confirmation of reservations.
Assigns rooms and preparation of the weekly room forecast
Assisits guests in filling in the registration card.
Receipts of advance deposits and ensure proper payment collection before checkout.
Prapres and distribute name slips.
Prepares guests folios and follow- up with no –show guests.
Prepares guests history and various business reports.
Give instruction of rooms to be changed.
Arrange guest wakeup calls
Keeps room keys in safe conditions and maintain control on usage
Maintains a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments
General front office duties to include answering phones, filling, faxing, and copying
Processing with all mode of payments (i.e. cash, credit cards &cost centre)
Ensure proper information is provided by guest upon check-in
Accepting walk in guests and accepting payment of hotel bills
To prepare a customer’s account, allocate the cost of additional items such as room service bills, telephone calls mini bar, include them in the final bill.
